Owner. Mrs. Brown is the owner of Prodigy LLC. She has been in the real estate investment, management, and brokerage business in the Chicago area for over twenty years. Since 2003 she has acquired 2000+ properties for clients and has developed investment strategies and a unique sales system to help investors achieve their goals in the acquisition and disposition of single, multi-family residential homes, condos, rentals, vacant land and investment properties.
Mrs. Brown provides investors with daily valuable auction research which includes a title lien search, a current/delinquent tax search, a city violation search as well as a market analysis. Her team of experts also scout and bid at the foreclosure auctions. Mrs. Brown’s passion and commitment to her clients has garnered multiple awards she has been a Chicago Association of Realtor’s Top 1% Producer Recipient and a recipient of the National Association of Hispanic Realtors Top 250 award.
